Founded around the world-class trumpet player Eric Miyashiro, the group 4TRP. Legends is composed of four trumpeters who have achieved legendary status. Wayne Bergeron, known as the world’s foremost lead trumpet (in Gordon Goodwin's Big Phat Band and others), has participated in numerous Hollywood projects. The legendary trumpeter Allen Vizzutti has been successfully active as a soloist for many years, while José Sibaja, currently a member of the renowned Boston Brass, has played frequently alongside orchestras as well.
Produced by Eric Miyashiro who is also in charge of the arrangement, the group’s approach is borderless across genres, such as jazz and classical music.

Eric Miyashiro
Eric Miyashiro was born to an American father and Japanese mother in Honolulu, Hawaii. His father was a professional trumpet player with the world-famous Royal Hawaiian Band; his mother was a professional dancer from Tokyo. Eric was highly influenced by his father and from early childhood took interest in his playing. He began to study music in early grade school and achieved a level of mastery by 8th grade sufficient for his father to give him a set of trumpets (Eb, D, and a Bb Piccolo trumpet). It gave him an early start with baroque-type high register classical trumpet parts. Today, Eric is an Internationally acclaimed first call trumpet player living in Tokyo. He is well known as a powerhouse lead player, but he is also a first call classical symphonic musician. He is comfortable playing all idioms. He is a Yamaha Performing Artist; clinician, and he helped design the Yamaha YTR-8340EM Miyashiro model trumpet.
Eric continues to travel extensively around the world as a soloist/clinician.
