It took 250 years till Bach found his rival. The Britten suites stand for the greatest musical story telling. The cello triumphs in this music that is full of magic, glamour, wit and passion.

Its human voice powerfully reaches out with intensity and tenderness, when it sings, whispers, celebrates and mourns.

I myself would very happily buy a ticket for this concert to hear my young friend and former star student Michiaki masterly perform this fantastic repertoire!
